Getting Started

Getting started with a new exercise routine can feel intimidating, but with the right guidance and environment, you will progress faster than you think!  The Getting-Started series is designed to create a worry-free environment, move at an appropriate pace, teach proper technique, and help achieve your fitness goals, no matter how far off they may seem.  Before you know it, you will be lifting weights you never expected, seeing a change in your body, or maybe even running a 5K.


Get ready to dance, sweat, and groove in our Zumba class! Join this exhilarating workout filled with infectious music and easy-to-follow dance moves. Led by our vibrant instructors, each session is a fusion of Latin and international rhythms that will leave you smiling and sweating. Whether you're looking to improve your coordination, burn calories, or simply have a blast, come join the party!


LM-squared is your Lean Mass and Metabolic class that's all about building lean muscle mass and cranking up your metabolism.  LM2 is a dynamic blend of strength training and cardio conditioning.  Each session is crafted to maximize metabolic rate while building and defining muscle.  We will guide you through a series of exercises that are both challenging and fun, ensuring that you get the most out of your workout.

With regular attendance, you'll notice a transformation not just in your body composition but in your energy levels and endurance too.

Small Group Personal Training

Discover the power of personalized training in our Small Group Personal Training sessions! Led by our dedicated coaches, these sessions blend individualized attention with the camaraderie of a small group setting. Boot Camp

Challenge yourself and conquer your fitness goals in this intense, full-body workout that will push you to your limits.  Each session combines strength training, cardio drills, and functional exercises to maximize results. Whether you're looking to build strength, increase endurance, or simply break a sweat, our Boot Camp class is the ultimate fitness challenge. These Core Strength classes, focus on building a strong, stable center to support your every move. Through a variety of targeted exercises and expert guidance, you'll engage your core muscles, improve posture, and enhance overall functional strength. Strength for Runners

Teen Strength & Conditioning
