Starting on November 10th, this 8-week step challenge is designed to help you work off that Thanksgiving feast—one step at a time. Did you know the average Thanksgiving dinner packs a whopping 4500 calories, equivalent to 8 Big Macs? And it takes about 90,000 steps to burn off that T-Day indulgence. This challenge is a fun and engaging way to stay active and healthy throughout the holiday season.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking for a way to keep moving, this challenge is perfect for all fitness levels.
