Phase 0

From sign up to kick-off session

Phase 1

Weeks 1-3; starts with a kick-off

  • 45-min kick-off session to set expectations and path to success

  • Baseline measurements

  • Nutrition guide and diary

  • Weekly fat-blast digital workouts

  • Weekly class with trainer

  • Weekly nutritional check ins

  • Weekly InBody assessments

Expect a challenging start as you break old habits.  Workouts and good habits will become more manageable in weeks 1-3.

Phase 2

Weeks 4-6; past the initial struggle

  • Weekly fat-blast digital workouts

  • Weekly class with trainer

  • Weekly nutritional check ins

  • Weekly InBody assessments

 

Physically, you’ll notice changes—tighter muscles, fewer unhealthy cravings. Keep up with workouts, good habits, and maintain a caloric deficit.

Phase 3

Weeks 7-10; the final push
