

Active Adult Training Program
Active Adults 6-week class series: Strength, Balance, and Mobility
START ANYTIME

Attend up to 3 classes per week for 6 weeks for active, aging adults. Training takes place in a clean, uncrowded studio with sanitized, well-organized equipment and enhanced air purification.

These 45-minute classes focus on building the strength, balance, and mobility needed for everyday life. It is appropriate for ALL FITNESS LEVELS, including those with little or no prior exercise experience.
Training emphasizes:

functional movement
-
joint health
-
progressive strength work that supports bone density and overall stability
Exercises are carefully coached and adjusted as needed, with attention to form, control, and gradual progress.

Through participating, you can expect to build skills that carry beyond the gym, including:

lifting and carrying loads

getting up and down from the floor with ease
-
maintaining balance and stability in real-world conditions

Schedule: 2pm on Mon, Tue, and Thurs
Take 1, 2, or 3 classes per week. Exercises will be rotated so muscle groups have time to recover between sessions.​
