An entrepreneur, lifelong fitness enthusiast, science-geek, and mom.

Personal wellness habit I am most proud of:
My hydration and sleep habits. My geekiness has helped me learn how impactful these two habits are on overall wellness... from so many angles. I carry my water bottle with me everywhere I go. And no matter how much work I have to get done, I always prioritize getting 6-8 hours of sleep every night... it's been my key to survival!

What's your INFINTIVE?
TO INSPIRE. I love to inspire people because witnessing the spark of motivation ignite within someone is incredibly rewarding. Knowing that my words or actions can empower others to chase dreams, overcome obstacles, or simply find joy in their journey fills me with a profound sense of purpose. Inspiring creates a ripple effect of positivity, fostering a community where individuals uplift and support one another. It's a beautiful reminder of the interconnectedness of humanity and the potential we all have to make a meaningful difference in each other's lives.

Personal wellness habit I am most proud of:
I pour myself a glass of water every morning to jump start my daily hydration. I also start my day with a 10 minute stretching routine that has proved valuable as I get older.

What's your INFINTIVE?
TO EXPERIENCE. Everyday is a chance to learn and experience something new, good or bad. It does not have to be some grand event. All the small experiences we encounter each day shape us.

Meghan Robertson
ACE Certified Personal Trainer, B.S. in Kinesiology
A fitness and yoga enthusiast with a passion for holistic wellness. Meghan is also a beach lover and a dog mom!
Personal wellness habit I am most proud of:
Hydration and food prepping. I had a kidney transplant when I was younger and never realized the importance of water. I always have my water jug on me and carry a backup in the car. Preparing food ahead of time keeps me on my nutrition goals and prevents me from eating foods that are not good for my body. I enjoy making meals ahead of time to be able to grab on the go.

What's your INFINTIVE?
TO DO IT. I always lived by the Nike slogan, “Just do IT”. Whether a walk in the park, a run, a workout, a yoga class, stretching or just playing with my dogs; any movement counts! I once had a boss tell me, “Allowing it, is ignoring it.” Avoid procrastination, giving excuses, or say I don’t have time. Movement is medicine and it’s free! I find on days if I skip my workout, it destroys my entire system, my sleep, mood, diet and mindset. Get after it, keep moving and DO IT!

Alex Falcone
NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, B.S. Performance Exercise Science
A lifelong athlete, I’ve trained in some form my entire life. For the past decade, I’ve competed as a weightlifter with The New York Weightlifting Academy and worked alongside rehabilitation professionals to build stronger, more resilient, injury-resistant athletes—from high school to national-level competitors.

Personal wellness habit I am most proud of:
As of 2025 I've introduced running back into my life with the goal of racing. I'm hoping this experience can challenge me as a multidisciplinary athlete as well as broaden my set of knowledge and allow me to empathize with more athletes.

What's your INFINTIVE?
TO APPRECIATE. Training, exercise, whatever you want to call it, is an opportunity we have every day. My goal is to help more people see movement as a way to appreciate their body and what it allows them to do, not a “necessary evil” tied to a number on a scale. When we’re grateful for what we can do, we learn to love movement and embrace the discomfort of training.

Personal wellness habit I am most proud of:
I drink lemon water every morning and try to wake up before my family to have a quiet moment to myself. Even a 20-minute head start makes a big difference in how my nervous system feels. Growing up, my mother led by example, cooking with clean ingredients and reminding us that moderation matters.

What's your INFINTIVE?
TO MOVE. Movement has always been at the forefront of my life. I grew up playing soccer, riding horses, doing gymnastics, dancing, and swimming. Movement is ingrained in me—without it, I don’t feel complete. Yoga has helped me move energy through my body and given me an outlet to process life’s challenges.

Julie Ciardiello
NASM Certified Personal Trainer, B.S. Communications
Lifelong fitness enthusiast with 13 years of experience teaching fitness classes, former dancer, communications professional, and mom.
Personal wellness habit I am most proud of:
On average, I work out five days a week with two days of active rest. As long as I can remember, I’ve trained at least three times a week—even during my busiest workweeks and heavy travel—always finding a way to fit in movement. I’m committed to my own fitness because I believe it’s important to set an example for those I train. Where there’s a will, there’s a way.

What's your INFINTIVE?
TO CONNECT. It’s often said that with age comes wisdom, and I believe my life experiences help me connect with those I train. I’ve raised two daughters, been married nearly 30 years, recovered from knee and shoulder surgeries, reinvented myself professionally, and pushed through menopause—coming out stronger on the other side. These experiences allow me to genuinely empathize with people facing similar situations.
