Prenatal & Postpartum Strength
These strength classes, taught by a Certified Prenatal/ Postpartum Training Specialist, are designed to support women through pregnancy and after childbirth. Prenatal classes consist of low impact, strength training workouts along with yoga and stretching to release tight and sore muscles. Improve your strength, flexibility and stamina, which can help during labor and delivery. Postpartum classes help in recovery, rebuilding core strength, and regaining fitness levels while considering the unique needs of a postpartum body. Both class types foster a supportive environment, prioritizing the safety and comfort of mothers at every stage.

Our group run is inclusive and welcoming to everyone, all paces welcome. This approximate 3 mile run is about having fun, staying fit, and building a supportive community of runners.
