Trust me, I know how you feel... and it's not like you used to feel. Maybe you are eating the same, exercising the same, and the pounds just keep adding up. Maybe you feel more emotional, can't sleep, experience aches and pains or other symptoms that disrupt your daily life. Our bodies are moving on to that lovely phase of life where our hormones go crazy (reverse puberty???). The truth is, while you're behaving just as you always have, your body is not. That means you need to CHANGE SOMETHING!

You have way more control over your hormones than you think, as you go through perimenopause. You have way more control over your weight gain, your emotional state, and your energy as well! But, every BODY is different, every formula for success is different, and we are going to help you find YOUR formula.

This comprehensive, 10-week program offers personal coaching and support, personalized nutritional guidance, expert-led workouts, regular InBody composition check-ins and guidance, a support community, and access to our state-of-the-art gym facilities and diverse fitness classes. We emphasize educating you about perimenopausal symptoms and providing fitness strategies to help manage them. So, be prepared to commit to changing some exercise, nutrition, hydration, and sleep habits.

Non-member LIMITED program allows access to 3 gym visits per week, which can include use of open gym or group exercise classes;
Non-member UNLIMITED program allows unlimited gym and class access for the duration of the program
PLUS - allows for up to 60 additional minutes of contact/consultation with the program Nutritionist as needed throughout the 10 weeks

YOU'VE GRADUATED from our first Peri program... and now you are ready to take it up a notch!
What is similar... The program resources will be similar in terms of access to gym, classes, digital workouts, nutritional guidance, movement, and sleep tips. You will receive the SAME personalized attention. There will also be an online component.

1. You now know the fundamentals of healthy daily habits, so we will take it to the next level.
