for middle and high school students

​Just 2 classes a week is all it takes to grow stronger and start seeing progress.  Move with more strength, balance, and endurance, and build lasting confidence.

* If you can't make all 8 classes, substitute with a gym visit.  Guided workouts available.

Who is this program for? Middle & High School students ready to level up their game.  This small group program is a great fit for seasoned competitors as well as those just getting started. If you’re looking to build true strength, perfect your form, boost confidence, or improve performance in your sport, this program is designed with you in mind.

 

You've got a busy schedule, right?  This program fits into your schedule with a flexible format.  Pick 2 of 4 available timeslots in the week to get the full training program benefits.​
