Join us at IFC for an 8-session fitness program for middle and high school students, designed to build strength, confidence, and performance before the school year starts. Led by certified personal trainers, it includes two small-group workouts per week, open gym access with guided workouts, and a special “Fuel for School” mini-clinic on August 20. With flexible scheduling, it’s ideal for both beginners and competitive athletes looking to improve form, technique, and athletic ability in a supportive environment.​

Not sure where to start? Feel like you're just guessing every time you work out, or wondering if personal training is really for you? This is your chance to find out. For a limited time in August and September, you can “Try a Trainer” for just $45 per session, with no pressure or long-term commitment. Meet with a trainer, get a tailored session, and walk away with exercise tips you can use forever. A single 45-minute session gives you clarity, confidence, and direction, and you can try more than one trainer to find the best fit.
